Lloyd’s General Representative in Hong Kong.

Tom has been based in Hong Kong since early December 2015 as Lloyd’s General Representative in Hong Kong, supporting Lloyd’s businesses in the territory. He moved to Hong Kong from London where he held roles in Lloyd’s Global Markets Strategy and International Regulatory Affairs teams.

Prior to Lloyd’s, Tom worked in the public affairs team of Insurance Europe in Brussels, dealing with regulatory changes affecting the European (re)insurance industry. In his role,

Tom is responsible for market development and liaising with market practitioners and regulatory authorities to protect and promote Lloyd’s presence in Hong Kong.
